Think about it for a second....
If today you are feeling low..... ask yourself this - How is feeling low serving you? How is this fed up feeling helping you?
Once you answer these questions you'll be ready to then think about what Halle has said.....
....to look at it another way... if today you feel glum - why not wallow for a while, revel in that flat floppy feeling - but then.... as you close your eyes to sleep at the end of the day, say to yourself "tomorrow
will be a good day" and commit yourself to this feeling. Say it over and over (like counting sheep) if you need to.
Then when you wake, say to yourself "today will be a good day" and every time Mrs Glum appears (or anyone that resembles her!), quickly dismiss her and tell her "today is going to be a good day".
Promise yourself to commit to this for one day and it might just turn out to be a good one....mmm.... it usually works for me!
